A belt loop on the floor near the transom can securely hold an external gas tank with a capacity of up to 6 gallons. The bow of our Laguna catamaran is designed like a sled, allowing it to glide smoothly over obstacles. The Laguna tender is the best boat I have ever used. The landing craft style bow makes it the easiest dingy to board whether it’s tied to a dock or on a beach. It has changed the way I go to shore and excels in every aspect from stability to handling. It’s a must have tender for any boat big and small.

When we moved to a seaside town in MA I pledged I’d never own a boat - too much work and money for something I’d probably barely use. Enter the Laguna catamaran - catching a glimpse at a boat show I happened to be wandering through I was immediately sold - great price, and I can hand tow it on a sturdy kayak rack 1/2 mile to the beach, push it into the water and go. No mooring wait lists, docking fees or upkeep - just fun. A great design and simple product for your first or final boat! Get one! (Also Joe was so easy to work with! Great dude!)
Our Laguna 290 Catamaran by Further Customs is the perfect dinghy. Great quality, very comfortable, easy to operate and good looking to boot! It fits perfectly on our swim-platform and is light enough to maneuver easily to and from the water. Highly recommend it!
We just bought this boat and we loved it! It was a hit for our 4th of July weekend! We have 2 boys that enjoyed it so much! Super easy to put together and put back in the bag. Really comfortable and spacious. Joe made everything super easy and his communication was excellent. We had a lot of compliments at Dana Point Harbor! Best investment!
I have tried many roll up inflatable dinghies for use on our boat. I have a 3hp equivalent electric motor for power. Finally this is perfect to take the dogs ashore. The rigid floor is great for our old 90lb dog and he can walk right off the front when we hit the beach. My wife and I can easily carry up the beach. We love it. Thanks Joe for creating a masterpiece.

From Washington State - we have used it at our lake cabin in Chelan (Eastern Washington) for puttering around , rescuing paddle boarders when the wind came up, and dragging people around. We also packed it up and took it to Lopez Island (Western Washington) and the kids had a blast boating around the harbor and even got some crabs with the crab ring. Super fun and everyone loves it. We have a 5hp on it with a handle extension which helps get it to plane. Also bought a light rope ladder that clips to the front rings and makes it easy to get aboard. And Joe was great to work with.

We are enjoying our Laguna 330 Catamaran. There are plenty of attachments and with a 9.8 hp motor, it gets up on plane fast. I did have to put a hydrofoil on the motor to eliminate cavitation. Runs around 15 mph. Every time I take it out, we draw attention and I get a lot of questions on where I got the Boat. The Catamaran handles well and cornering is amazing! Would buy again.
I have had my Laguna Catamaran 330 for a month now. It has exceeded my expectations and is the perfect fit for my limited space. I constantly have people asking me who makes the Boat. It is a hit cruising around the Canals of Cape Coral.
The Laguna 330 is a head turner. There's no other boat like it on the water. It simple to set up and pack away (takes about 30 min). It is sturdy on the water and seats 4 adults comfortably. I live in a small apartment on the 3rd floor and it fits in my hallway closet when packed up. Well worth the money to be able to cruise Newport Harbor every weekend without breaking the bank.
We purchased the Laguna 330 a few months ago. We've only had it out a few times on small lakes but so far it's been great. It is very comfortable and stable, and it's light enough that my wife and I can easily lift it onto my truck rack or carry it to the water's edge. It was loaded with accessories (pole holder, cup holder, seats, bimini top, etc) and they've all come in handy. Best of all it is very easy to fold up and put in the carrying case. My only complaint so far is that a buckle on one of the straps on the carrying case broke when I was lifting it. In fact, the entire case seems kind of flimsy; it might be fine but I'm not sure how well it will hold up over the years. Nevertheless, we're happy with our purchase and believe we got a great boat for the price.

Oversized 18–19" tubes, a wide beam, and a high-pressure inflatable floor provide outstanding volume, rigidity, and buoyancy. This keeps the deck elevated and stable in a variety of conditions, significantly reducing splash and keeping passengers dry. With larger tubes, a broader beam, and premium drop-stitch construction, the Laguna is arguably the driest inflatable boat in its class.

An outboard engine is not included, though our catamarans are compatible with most common electric, propane & gas powered engines. Variables such as the body of water, number of passengers, travel range, and other factors will influence the type of outboard engine you will want to use. The Laguna 330 catamaran is designed with a 15-inch transom, making a short shaft (15") outboard the correct and recommended pairing. This ensures the propeller sits at the proper depth for optimal performance, efficiency, and balance. Using a long shaft (20") would position the lower unit too deep in the water, creating unnecessary drag, reducing efficiency, and potentially contributing to a bow lift.
Yes, some customers choose to keep their Laguna catamaran inflated for the whole boating season and prefer transporting it by trailer. There are many trailers for dinghies and small inflatables available online, as well as at local stores like West Marine and Bass Pro Shops. We recommend two CE Smith trailers for our models: the CE48810 for the Laguna 290 and the CE48870 for the Laguna 330.

The catamaran kit takes only 15 to 20 minutes to assemble. It consists of 4 chambers in the sponsons inflated to .25 BAR / 3.5 PSI & 1 chamber in the floor inflated to .7 BAR / 10.5 PSI.
