Free Shipping Policy
Orders Qualifying for Free Shipping
For your order to qualify for free shipping it must simply include a board, dock, plank or accessories. Orders will primarily ship by either FedEx Ground or USPS.
If FedEx cannot reach your home, we will ship your order to the nearest FedEx location for you to pick up at your convenience.
If you would like your order to be delivered within a specific time frame please email or call in your request.
When does my order ship?
After your order has been processed you will receive an emailed receipt for the purchase. If the order was placed before 2pm, it will be shipped that day. If not, the board will be shipped within 24 hours (business hours). After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
How soon will I receive my order?
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS or Daylight Transport LTL with an average transit time of 2-5 business days from once it leaves our warehouse. International orders are shipped by FedEx or DHL with an average transit time of 5-12 business days.
Where do you ship to?
As long as you have a postal code, we can ship your order to you!
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, then we can happily edit your shipping address. Just forward a copy of your emailed order receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your preferred alternative address.
